IXIASOFT CCMS actions
The table below describes the actions available through the Access Manager in the TEXTML Administration perspective.
Note: These actions all represent
IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop menu options. Actions that
are italicized in the user interface are general-purpose options available to all
users by default; non-italicized actions can be made available only to certain users
(selected by role or group). The table below lists only the latter type of
actions.

| Assign to | Right-click menu option to assign groups or roles to a specific object |
| BranchDocuments | Right-click menu option to branch a map, topic, image, or resource inside a branched map |
| BranchImages | Right-click menu option to branch an image |
| BranchResources | Right-click menu option to branch a resource |
| Change Status | Right-click menu option to change the status of a specific object |
| Clone | Right-click menu option to clone topics |
| CreateBuildManifest | Right-click menu option to create a build manifest |
| CreateMap | Toolbar button to create maps |
| CreateNewBranch | Right-click menu option to create a new branch for a map in the Authoring cycle |

| EditLabels | Toolbar button to manage labels (add, delete, rename) |
