Managing access rights

The topics in this section describe how to configure user access to various IXIASOFT CCMS functions.

Note: The changes you make to the configuration will be applied when users next connect to their respective CCMS applications. For users of IXIASOFT CCMS Web, an Administrator will need to do a server refresh for the changes to be visible.

Note: You should make these configuration changes in the Test environment and test them before copying them to the Production environment. In a dedicated SaaS deployment, after testing the changes, ask IXIASOFT Customer Support to copy the changes to the Production environment.
