Understanding the Administration Role within IXIASOFT CCMS Web
The Administration role within IXIASOFT CCMS Web enables a user with administrator privileges to access additional functions, including user management, the ability to refresh the server for users, provide templates, adjust Collaborative Review settings, and more.
Users with Administration privileges within CCMS Web have an additional Administration menu item when they click the Hamburger icon.
Users with the Administration role have access to the following features and functions:
- Manage user access
- Refresh the web server
- Change the settings for the Collaborative Review process
- Change the settings for Approvals
- Configure map and topic templates
These features and functions are all designed to aid Lite users of CCMS Web to do their work effectively within the system.
