These access rights control access functions associated with creating and using Collaborative Reviews. These access rights are available for both Standard and DRM deployments. Some apply only in CCMS Desktop or only in CCMS Web, or both, as noted.

CloseReview

Note: In CCMS Web, users do not close Collaborative Reviews. They move them to the in discussion or done statuses, which is covered by the Change Status access right.

CreateReview

Allows a user to create Collaborative Reviews.

CCMS Desktop: Right-click > Collaborative Review > Create Review

SetReviewAsDone

Allows a user to mark Collaborative Reviews as done.

Note: In CCMS Web, Reviewers can mark Collaborative Reviews as done if that is the rule selected for their assignment. That function has nothing to do with this access right.

CCMS Desktop: Right-click > Collaborative Review > Set Review As Done

Note: In CCMS Web, users can view all annotations in the side panel of the Collaborative Review itself. This feature is not dependent on an access right.
