Access the Dictionary Manager

Use the Dictionary Manager to create and delete words in your custom dictionary.

As users encounter terms that do not already exist in the /system/dicts collection, they should contact you to add them. The first step is to access the Dictionary Manager.

Important: Make configuration changes in a test environment and confirm they work before copying them to a production environment. For dedicated SaaS deployments, test the changes and then ask IXIASOFT Customer Support to copy the changes to your production environment.

To access the Dictionary Manager:

  1. In the TEXTML Administration perspective, connect to your server.
  2. Right-click the name of your docbase and select CCMS Admin > Manage Dictionary.
    The Dictionary Manager window opens in your workspace.
