Remove a topic or submap

You can remove topics from a map while in Content view.

The map must be checked out and open in Map Editor.

Note: When you remove a topic from a map, the reference to the topic is deleted from the map. The topic is not deleted.

To remove a topic or submap:

  1. Hover over the title of the topic that you want to delete from the map.
    The mini toolbar appears.
  2. Click Remove icon.
    The topic reference is deleted from the map.
