Spell Checker configuration
In CCMS Web, you can configure the Spell Checker feature, which is based on the open-source Language Tool plug-in and allows users to check the spelling within a topic or within an entire map.
CCMS Web provides two different methods of handling word usage: the Spell Checker ignored words lists and the standard Oxygen spellchecker plug-in.
Important: You should choose either the Spell Checker feature or the Oxygen spellchecker
plug-in, since they create independent lists and trying to maintain both could result in
conflicts or disparities in implementation.
The Spell Checker feature currently supports the following source languages used during the Authoring cycle:
- English
- French
- German
- Japanese
