Assignments that pre-date IXIASOFT CCMS Web 6.2

Since assignment rules did not exist before IXIASOFT CCMS Web 6.2, assignments from earlier versions of CCMS Web do not have them.

CCMS Web gives assignments from earlier versions than IXIASOFT CCMS Web 6.2 the following default assignment rules:

• Collaborative Reviews and Approval : allFinished
• All other objects: changeStatus

In some cases, contributors and reviewers might not have the required access rights to properly move an assignment with these default values. A user with the correct access rights might need to modify the assignment so that other users can change the assignment's status or mark the assignment as finished.
