Remote access servers

IXIASOFT CCMS supports remote access solutions, including RDP and Citrix. You can use a single remote access server or a server farm.

If you use Citrix, the Citrix servers must be located at the same site as the application servers. In addition, the file server should be located on the same site as the Citrix farm.
