Source control software

IXIASOFT strongly recommends using source control software (SCS) to maintain the various files of the Output Generator and the Scheduler.

SVN, Git, Perforce, or other software can be used.

Two approaches are available:

• Install the SCS client on the server hosting the Output Generator and Scheduler.
• Install the client SCS on the user machine that will create and maintain the Output Generator and Scheduler components.
