Remote access latency requirements

If you use a remote access server such as Citrix or Remote Desktop, your network must provide adequate network communication with the remote desktop server.

For good performance:

• The ping time between the remote desktop server and the TEXTML Server must be less than 20 milliseconds.
• The ping time between the remote desktop server and the file share must be less than 2 milliseconds.
