You can set the status for an annotation to keep track of your work.
For example, you can change the status of a comment from Unresolved to Resolved as you go through annotations and make changes in the content.Note: Reviewers can see the status for an annotation, but they cannot change it.
- In the Body Content or Side Panel, find the annotation that you want to change the status for.
- From the drop-down list with the current status, select the status you want.
Note: In
IXIASOFT CCMS Web the
Collaborative Review page does not refresh automatically. If another user has recently changed the status for an annotation, you receive an error message.
Click the link in the error messages to reload the Collaborative Review page and see the current status of the annotation.
If there are no conflicts, the annotation changes status. A timestamp appears stating which user selected the status and when.
