Check who finished an assignment

You can check which users have marked themselves as finished with an assignment.

Writers can use the Move dialog to which users are done with Approvals, Collaborative Reviews, and other assignments.

To see who is finished:

  1. Find the assignment that you want to check.
  2. Click Move icon.

The Move dialog appears. It shows all the assigned users. Users with a check mark (Finished check mark) beside their name have marked themselves as finished.

Note: For Approvals, a check mark indicates that the reviewer has finished reviewing the Approval. It does not indicate whether the reviewer approved or rejected the Approval. You can check the Revision History page to see who approved or rejected.
