Break another user's lock on a topic
There are some circumstances where a user may have locked a topic and that lock then needs to be "broken" so that others can work on it. The following procedure applies equally to other content objects, including images and map.
Discover all of the topic IDs that need to be "broken".
Note: To perform this task, you must have the role of TEXTML Server
Administrator.
The break the lock on a topic (or any other content object), you must first know the ID of the topic. You will then search for that topic within the TEXTML Administration perspective, and can then "break the lock" on it.
Note: Any changes made to the topic by the person who originally locked
it will be lost.
