Can I skip build upgrades and just do the latest one?

You can upgrade the client to the latest dropins but configuration updates need to be done for each build.

Symptom

There has been more than one build released since IXIASOFT CCMS was last upgraded.

Problem

Customers aren't required to upgrade to each build that is released. Depending on testing requirements and timelines, some builds can be skipped to upgrade to the latest one.

Solution

For the IXIASOFT CCMS Eclipse Client, you can install the latest build dropins. For the configuration updates, you must perform the steps for each build as listed in the Upgrade Guide.
