Create a document of the IXIASOFT CCMS configuration details

A list of all the configuration information can be compiled into a document, which can facilitate troubleshooting and communication with IXIASOFT Support.

Instead of searching through various locations to identify information such as what is the environment, what versions of what software is installed, and how the components are configured, you can view a compilation of the information from the Eclipse SDK Installation Details window, which is available from the main menu by clicking Help > About Eclipse Platform > Installation Details.

1. In the main menu, click Help > About Eclipse Platform
2. Click Installation Details.
3. Click the Configuration tab.
4. Click Copy to Clipboard.
5. Open a text editor such as Notepad and paste the configuration information into a new document.
6. Save the file.
