Add the Troubleshooting topic template

  1. Download the troubleshooting.xml template from the IXIASOFT download site and copy it to system/templates/topics.
  2. Check out and open troubleshooting.xml.
  3. Change the template's doctype declaration to match that of your other topic templates.
  4. Save and check in troubleshooting.xml.
