On-premise deployment of IXIASOFT CCMS Web

In a on-premise deployment of IXIASOFT CCMS, IXIASOFT CCMS Web can be deployed either with or without Single Sign-On (SSO). These affect how you log in.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If Single Sign-On (SSO) is implemented, logging into your company's identity provider automatically logs you into CCMS Web.

When you go to the URL for CCMS Web, one of the following occurs:

  • If you are already logged in to your company's identity provider, you automatically log in to CCMS Web and see the My Assignments page.
  • If you are not logged in to your company's identity provider, you can click a link that enables you to log in to CCMS Web using your company's identity provider.

Without Single Sign-On (SSO)

Without SSO, when you go to the URL for CCMS Web, you need to log in.
