Connect to CCMS Web in an on-premise deployment without SSO

Connecting to IXIASOFT CCMS Web involves pointing a web browser to a specific URL and logging in using the credentials specific to IXIASOFT CCMS.

This procedure assumes SSO is not implemented in IXIASOFT CCMS.
  1. In a web browser, enter the URL for CCMS Web.
    The URL is defined by your organization. For example, https//company/ixiasoft-ccms/, where company is the name of your organization.
