Follow up on an OTRS ticket
If you need to respond, either to ask for more information or to
report results, do one of the following:
- Respond directly to the email. Doing this is the same as logging into OTRS and entering a response there.
- Log into OTRS, open the issue, and review the IXIASOFT response. Click Reply. Enter your response and click Submit.
Important: Make sure to leave the OTRS ticket number
in the subject of the email.
