Insert a single row or column into a table

This procedure lets you insert rows or columns into a table one at a time.

1. Place your cursor in the table where you want to insert the row or column.
2. Right-click, then select one of the following:
   • Table > Insert Row Above
   • Table > Insert Row Below
   • Table > Insert Column Left
   • Table > Insert Column Right
   Note: These actions are also available from:

   • The menu bar under XML Document > Table
   • The XMetaL Table Toolbar
