Understanding the Administration Console Help menu

This section describes the Administration Console Help menu options.

The Help menu provides four options, as follows:
  • Key Assist

    Used to display a list of keyboard shortcuts. These shortcuts are a legacy from Eclipse and are not used in TEXTML Server.

  • Check for Updates
    This legacy option for installing Eclipse plug-ins is not applicable to TEXTML Server. However, users can view installed plug-ins as follows:
    1. Click Help > About TEXTML Server Administration Tool.
    2. Click Installation Details.
    3. Select the Plug-ins tab.
  • Install New Software

    Not used, because software plug-ins can be installed through Eclipse.

  • About TEXTML Server Administration Tool
    Provides version number for the Administration Console as well as installation details.
