Troubleshoot from the query error window

This section describes how to troubleshoot queries based on error window information.

To troubleshoot using the messages that appear in the query error window, proceed as follows:

  1. In TEXTML Server, right-click the query and select Run.
    The Problem Occurred window appears.

  2. Click Details and note the details of the error.
  3. Click OK to close the error window.
  4. Refer to Query troubleshooting checklist to troubleshoot the error.
