Obtain browser messages
If IXIA CCMS Customer Support asks for browser messages to help troubleshoot issues with IXIA CCMS Web, as you repeat the action that triggered the issue, gather any related browser messages.
About this task
Each browser is unique, so use the error logging mechanism for the related browser.
To obtain browser messages:
Procedure

Open the error logging mechanism in your browser.

Microsoft Edge on Windows Press F12, and then click the Console tab Safari on macOS - Choose Safari > Preferences > Advanced and select Show Develop menu in menu bar

Firefox on Windows Click Firefox > Web Developer > Web Console Other browsers Search the internet for your browser name, your operating system, and the terms browser error web console, then follow the related directions for obtaining logs - Repeat the action that triggered the issue you experienced with CCMS Web.

Create a text file of the error console messages.
