You can modify specific parts of an existing ticket.
To review and update an existing ticket:
Log into OTRS.
Click My Tickets.
The Ticket List screen appears.
For each ticket, the Ticket List screen shows the ticket number, state, queue, and creation date.
To open a ticket and review it, click it in the list.
If you need to add more information to the ticket, click Respond to This Ticket or scroll down to the new message.
Note: Some changes affect the whole ticket. For example, picking a new priority changes the priority of the ticket.
However, you cannot change other parts of the ticket. For example, you can add new information in another message, but you cannot edit an older message.
To update the ticket, click Submit.
The ticket updates with your changes and/or new information.
