Ticket creation

When you encounter a problem that you confirm is not related to user error or incorrect usage of DITA or your implementation, you should open an OTRS ticket.

You have two options when you open a ticket:

  1. (Recommended) Access the OTRS ticket system and submit your issue. See Create a new ticket directly in OTRS.
  2. Send an email with the appropriate information. This option does not allow you to set a higher priority than the default. See Create a new ticket through email.
