Upgrades that may require further support

The upgrade and install guide covers the most common upgrade scenarios. There are additional scenarios that are not covered within MadCap Software documentation.

You may need additional support or information to upgrade if any of the following apply:

  • Your existing DITA CMS version is lower than 4.2.33.
  • You want to migrate to DITA 1.3.
  • You have customized the IxiaDitabase.dtd file rather than using your own shell DTD.
  • You have Oxygen plug-ins for IXIA CCMS Desktop
  • You have custom code, including custom triggers, Eclipse plug-ins (with the exception of any perspective plug-ins you may have), or any JAR files in the system/ext folder of the Repository.
