Upgrading CCMS Desktop

With this upgrade, a new version of the base CCMS Desktop packages is available to fix issues relating to the start up of the CCMS Desktop. Additionally a new set of drop-ins are also available.

Important: The following two procedures (Upgrading the base packages and Upgrade your plug-ins), need to be repeated for each CCMS Desktop instance that you have in your deployment.
