Coordinate upgrades in a dedicated SaaS deployment

When you are ready to upgrade IXIA CCMS, you can ask MadCap Software to perform the upgrade and then you can configure any new features.

1. Decide when to upgrade:
   1. Ensure you receive MadCap Software marketing communication to be notified of all release announcements.
   2. Each time an upgrade is released, review the new features and release notes for functionality that you might want.
   3. Discuss upgrade options with your MadCap Software Customer Success representative.
2. When you are ready, contact IXIA CCMS Customer Support to begin the upgrade process.
3. After the upgrade of each environment, if required, configure features introduced in the upgrade.
