Change the status of an annotation
You can set the status for an annotation to keep track of your work.
To support content development and review management, each annotation has a status.
- Unresolved: Requires the writer to review and a respond. This is the default status for all new annotations.
- Resolved: The writer addressed the annotation and completed the proposed changes.
- Accepted: The writer agrees with the proposed changes, but has not had time to make the changes.
- Rejected: The writer disagrees with the proposed changes to the content.
Note: If you are an assigned user, you can
see but not change the status of an annotation.
As you make changes to the content, based on the annotations from the reviews, you should change the annotation status. For example, you can change the status of a comment from Unresolved to Resolved.
