Change the status of a translation manifest

You can either choose to change the status of each related language manifest to have a Translation:done status before you move the translation manifest to have a Translation:done status, or you can use the translation manifest to change the status for all of the related language manifests at the same time you change the status of the translation manifest.

Since the translation manifest is a parent to its children language manifests, you can use a Deep Status Change to move all child language manifests at the same time you change the status of the translation manifest to another status, such as Translation:done.

Note: If you need to cancel a translation manifest, all child language manifests must have a status other than Translation:done.

To change the status of a translation manifest:

  1. Click Move icon.

    The Move dialog appears.

  2. From the Status drop-down list, select the next status you want.
  3. (Optional) In the Comment field, add a comment.
This comment is added to the revision history of the object.
  4. Click Move.
The translation manifest status is changed.
If there are dependencies of the object that must also change status, you will receive one of two possible notifications.
  • If you can move all the dependencies of the object that need to change status, you receive the Move Dependencies notification.
  • If there are any dependencies that you cannot move, you receive the Dependencies Preventing the Move notification.

Use either notification to get more information about the dependencies, resolve any issues, or move the dependencies.
