Connect to IXIASOFT CCMS Web in a dedicated SaaS deployment with SSO

You can use any web browser to connect to CCMS Web In a dedicated SaaS environment with single sign on (SSO).

When SSO is implemented with CCMS Web, connection involves pointing a web browser to a specific URL and logging in using your common credentials.

To connect to CCMS Web with SSO:

  1. In a web browser, go to the IXIASOFT CCMS landing page for your installation and click IXIASOFT CCMS Web.
    The landing page URL is specified in your account creation email message from IXIASOFT. For example, enter https://customer-ccms.ixiasoft.net/, where customer is the domain that was specified in the email.

    Tip: You can bookmark or favorite the page after selecting IXIASOFT CCMS Web, so you can skip the landing page in the future.

    If you already logged in to your company's identity provider, the page appears automatically.

  2. If you are not already logged in to your company's identity provider or this is your first use of CCMS Web, click and log in using your common corporate credentials.
    Even if you have a password for CCMS Desktop, do not use it for CCMS Web.
The page appears, and you are ready to work on an assignment.
