Content Repository collections

The Content Repository contains your DITA content, images, resources, snapshots, taxonomies, DTDs, and system configuration.

The Content Repository contains a series of collections, and within some collections are a number of sub-collections.

Item Function
Content collection It contains all content objects, such as maps, topics, images, and resources. See The content collection and its sub-collection topics.
Note: There are six sub-collections possible for the content collection: authoring, bmanifests, localization, projects, published, and snapshots.
Deleted collection It contains all removed content objects. See The deleted collection.
Scheduler collection It contains templates for email notifications sent by IXIA CCMS Scheduler to users about tasks and assignments. See The scheduler collection.
System collection

It contains most of the files that make the IXIA CCMS work. See The system collection and its many sub-collection topics.

Note: There are 12 sub-collections possible for the system collection: catalogs, conf, dicts, DTD, ext, oxygen_cfg, plugins, taxonomies, templates, webplatform, and XSL.
Thumbnails collection It contains image thumbnails created from the file designated as the default in an image object. See The thumbnails collection.
Snapshots collection It contains user queries, searches, and other preferences. See The snapshots collection.
