Output access rights

These access rights control the kinds of outputs that users can generate.

The default output-related access rights correspond to the default output types for IXIASOFT CCMS Output Generator. You can configure additional access rights for any other outputs that you have. If you do not create an access right for an output type, that output type is available for all users and all object types.

Note: Users without an access right for an output cannot generate that output type, but they can generate any other outputs they have access to.

BuildManifest	Allows users to generate outputs from Build Manifests. Users without this access right cannot generate output from Build Manifests. In CCMS Web, they cannot select any Build Manifests associated with a map when generating an output. Dita2xhtml	Allows users to generate Dita2xhtml output.	CCMS Desktop: Right-click > Generate Output > Dita2xhtml CCMS Web: More Options menu > Generate Output > Dita2xhtml
Export	Allows users to export a selected object and all its dependencies. In IXIASOFT Dynamic Release Management configurations, this option preserves DRM objects such as containerref, container, and containerparts. Export [DRM]	In DRM only, this allows users to export an object and its dependencies. This option includes the DRM keydefs in the root map itself so there is no more dependency on DRM objects, such as the container and containerparts. Generate Output	Allows the user access to the output generation function in general. IXIASOFT CCMS Note: All users have this access right by default. To change the configuration for these access rights, add a new method with the access right name and configure it as needed.
