Log into OTRS

During your IXIASOFT CCMS implementation, IXIASOFT sets up selected users at your company for access to OTRS.

  1. Access OTRS using the following link: https://ixiasoft.managed-otrs.com/external/.
    The OTRS landing page appears:

  2. Click Login.
  3. Enter your login.

    Your login is always the email address that IXIASOFT uses to communicate with you.

  4. Enter your password.

    The first time you log into OTRS you use the factory-default password. You should immediately change this default password using the OTRS preferences. See Change your OTRS preferences for more information.

    If you do not remember your password, click the Have you forgotten your password? link on the Login screen. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.

  5. Click Login.
