Delete an attribute

You can delete any values an attribute has for an element.

You must check out the map or topic first.

Note: Some elements have required attributes. Deleting them will be flagged as an error in the Validation panel.

To delete the value of an existing attribute:

  1. Select the element that has the attribute you want to delete.
  2. In the side panel, click Attributes.
  3. Click the row with the attribute you want to delete.
  4. Click Trash icon.
