My Outputs page

All the content that you generate in IXIASOFT CCMS Web with CCMS Output Generator is temporarily stored online. You can access the content you created from your My Outputs page.

Note: The My Outputs page does not show the outputs you have generated in IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop.

Your My Outputs page lists all the outputs that you have generated, their statuses, and whether the output was generated with errors or warnings. You can also download the outputs.

Storage of generated outputs

By default, CCMS Web keeps the outputs that you generate for seven days. Once the output reaches the maximum number of days, it is deleted from your My Outputs page. Your administrator can configure a different limit.

Output indicators

The My Outputs page uses colour-coded icons to indicate the status of the outputs you generate and any errors or warnings. The following table summarizes the indicators and their meanings:

Indicator Description
Output Generation In-Progress icon The output is still generating.
Download icon The output generated, and you can download the output.
Output Generated and Published icon The output generated, but there is nothing to download. The output has been published automatically.
Output Failed to Generate icon The output failed to generate.
No Warnings or Errors icon The output generated without warnings or errors.
Warnings icon The output generated but with warnings.
Errors icon The output generated but with errors. There may be warnings as well.
