View the error log for an output

When IXIASOFT CCMS Web generates an output, it logs any errors or warnings that occurred. The results are available in the Output Analyzer.

To view the error log in the Output Analyzer:

  1. On the My Outputs page, click the log icon for the output you want to check.

    The icons change to indicate any errors or warnings:

    • No Warnings or Errors icon indicates there were no errors or warnings.
    • Warnings icon indicates warnings.
    • Errors icon indicates errors.
  2. In the Output Analyzer, expand the Errors and Warnings rows for more information.
  3. (Optional): To download the full log file, click log files.
