Refresh the web server

You can use the Administration area of IXIASOFT CCMS Web to refresh the web server if you need to make a newly implemented function (such as a topic or map template) available for users or if the server has crashed.

1. From the Administration menu, click General > Refresh Web Server.
2. Click the Refresh button.

Upon completion of the server refresh, a confirmation message appears.
