Reviews using Approvals

To get a final sign-off on content, you can use an Approval. You can assign your map to be approved by one or multiple people in IXIASOFT CCMS Web.

CCMS Web has an Approval page from which reviewers can review the final version of the content and then let you know if they approve it. Or if something requires more work, they can reject it and provide feedback about what needs to be improved.

Approvals using FDA standards

The approval feature in IXIASOFT CCMS Web has the required technical controls to be integrated into a 21 CFR part 11 compliant system. Compliant systems meet the requirements set by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for electronic documents and digital signatures.
