Viewing the details of an Approval

You can view the details of an approval, such as the number of approvals or rejections for an Approval as well as the reasons approvers gave when rejecting the Approval.

The Approvals view shows the following:
  • Each approver
  • Their decisions
  • The date of their decision
  • The comments for each rejection

To view the details for an Approval:

  1. Right-click the map from which you created the Approval.
  2. Select Approval > View Approval.
  3. In the Select Approval dialog box, click the desired Approval from the list.
  4. Click OK.
The Approval opens in the Approvals view.
