You can delete users when you no longer need them.
To remove a user from your
system:

Open the User Manager
window.

Click Lock (

In the Users list,
expand the required location node to show its users.

Right-click the user to delete and select Delete User.
The selected user and all associated information are removed.

Click Check In Document

Your changes to users.xml are
updated in the repository.

Inform users of the changes.
The changes will be applied automatically
once users close and then reopen their . Users can also apply the changes
without restarting their IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop by clicking
