Choose how to view XML tags

You can change how XML tags are used to mark up the content in the Main Editing area.

About this task

You can change how you view XML tags in any of the following ways:

  • No Tags
  • Partial Tags
  • Inline Tags
  • Block Tags
  • Full Tags
  • Full Tags with Attributes

To modify the method to view XML tags:

Procedure

  1. At the bottom of the page, click the XML Tags icon.
    Note: The XML Tags icon changes to show how XML tags are currently displayed.

    For example, this icon Partial Tags icon is for Partial Tags, and Full Tags icon is for Full Tags.

  2. From the list, click the option you want.

Results

The Main Editing area updates, and the XML Tags icon changes to show the current selection.
