How do I get a log file for debugging the IXIA CCMS?

You can start IXIA CCMS Desktop in debugging mode so you can obtain the log files.

Description

An issue is occurring in the IXIA CCMS and I want to review the log files to diagnose the problem.

Solution

  1. Close CCMS Desktop.
  2. In your workspace, create a blank text file debug.txt.
  3. Launch CCMS Desktop. A new log file called DITA_CMS.log will be created in your workspace folder.
