Sign in to IXIA CCMS Web

Users access IXIA CCMS Web directly in a browser.

The way your company deploys IXIA CCMS determines how you sign in. Your deployment generally fits into one of the following categories:

On-premise deployment is an installation within your company's IT infrastructure
Dedicated SaaS deployment is a hosted installation on a server thatMadCap Software manages and maintains

Note: For each kind of deployment, your company might also use Single Sign-On (SSO). With SSO, once you enter your credentials in one application, SSO automatically signs you in to additional applications as you open them.

Because you access CCMS Web through a browser, that access point is considered a session. You can open more than one tab in a single browser to access different content within the same session. However, you cannot use more than one browser at a time because this creates an additional session. If you attempt to use multiple browsers, it results in an error where CCMS Web signs you out of the first session with a notification such as "You have been disconnected from the session because another browser or device was connected. You may sign in again."
