Customize menu visibility

Use this procedure to display or hide menus and their options in the current perspective.

About this task

Note: To enable menu options other than those of IXIA CCMS Desktop, you may need to enable their command groups.

Procedure

  1. From the Window menu, select Perspective > Customize Perspective....
    The Customize Perspective - perspectivename dialog opens.

    The perspectivename indicates the current Eclipse perspective – the one you are customizing.

  2. Select the Menu Visibility tab.
    You can expand the menus to display the available options.
  3. Add or remove menus or menu options as required.
    CAUTION: Do NOT remove the Window menu. This is the entry point to the Customize Perspective dialog.
  4. Click OK.
