Change OTRS preferences

You can customize settings for OTRS, including your password and the OTRS interface language.

1. Login to OTRS with your username and password.
2. At the top of the window, hover over your username and click Personal Preferences.
3. Choose one or more of the following actions:

   Action	Process
   Change your password	On the Security tab, enter your current password. Enter a new password that contains at least 12 characters, and then re-enter it a second time. Click Submit.
   Add or change your image	On the General tab, click Change Avatar Image. Browse to an image, select it, and then click Open. Click Submit.
   Change the user interface language	Choose from one of the following actions: On the General tab and in the Interface language section, select a language from the drop-down list, and then click Submit. On either the General or Security tab and at the bottom of the page, select a different language than the current one from the drop-down list. Note: The current available languages are English, French, and Japanese.
   Change the time zone	On the General tab, select a time zone from the Time Zone drop-down list. Click Submit.
