Step 3: Configure CCMS components to use SSL

You must configure CCMS components to use an SSL connection.

Take the following sub-steps to complete your configuration:

  1. Add the certificate to the list of trusted certificates
  2. Enable SSL on the relevant components in your installation:
    1. Enable SSL on IXIA CCMS Desktop
    2. Enable SSL on CCMS Output Generator
    3. Enable SSL on the CCMS Scheduler
    4. Enable SSL on TextmlServer Console Java
Note:

If you used a self-signed certificate, you must add it to the list of trusted certificates on the client as part of your configuration.
