Add multiple objects to a worklist

If you need to add several objects to the same worklist, you can simultaneously add them all.

Since you have access to a list of objects shared by a group of users in a given worklist, you can be as active on that worklist as you find helpful. When you need to add multiple objects to track group assignments, you should use a bulk action.

To add multiple objects to a worklist:

  1. For the objects that you want to add to a worklist, click the checkbox beside each title.
The Bulk Actions basket appears as a ribbon that dynamically tallies the total number of objects you select.
Note: You can have different types of objects in the Bulk Actions basket at the same time.
  2. From the Action dropdown list on the ribbon, select Add to Worklists.
The ribbon updates to indicate how many objects you can add.
  3. Optional: To see a list of the objects, expand the ribbon to see the full Bulk Actions basket. The State column indicates if the action you chose is possible on the related object.
    • Ready icon indicates the CCMS can process the object
    • Skippedicon indicates the CCMS cannot process the object, so skips it
  4. Click Continue.
  5. In the Add to Worklists dialog, select related worklists.
Note: You can add all the objects to multiple worklists or create a new worklist.
  6. Click Save.
The objects are added to the worklists, and the ribbon turns green.
Note: You can click New Action to perform another action on the same set of objects.

If any objects could not be added, the ribbon appears red.
