View the error log for an output

When IXIA CCMS Web generates an output, it logs any errors or warnings that occurred. The results are available in the Output Analyzer.

To view the error log in the Output Analyzer:

  1. On the My Outputs page, click the log icon related to an output.

    Icon Indication
    No Warnings or Errors icon

    The output generated successfully without errors or warnings.
    Warnings icon

    The output generated with warnings. Warnings generally do not cause an output build to fail, but might still require attention and resolution.
    Errors icon

    The output generated with errors. Errors are more serious issues that can indicate missing or incorrect content. Some errors can cause an output build to fail.

    Note: Both warnings and errors can arise from issues in the content or from issues in the output plugin.
  2. In the Output Analyzer, expand the Errors and Warnings rows for more information.
  3. Optional: Click log files to download the full log file.
